These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Xenon54 Universal Tracker application ("the app"), developed by Xenon54 ("we", "us", "the developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

Xenon54 Universal Tracker is a local-first personal organiser for killzones, spend, capture, household, body and trading. The app works offline and stores your data locally on your device. An optional Google Drive backup and sync feature is available if you choose to sign in with Google.

2. Eligibility

The app is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use it. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your data and accounts

• You are solely responsible for the content you create in the app and for maintaining your own backups.
• If you enable Google Drive sync, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. Data is stored in the hidden appDataFolder of your own Drive; we never access, store, or control it.
• Your use of Google services through the app is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by the app's open-source license.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the app.

5. Intellectual property and license

The app and its original content, features, and branding are the property of the developer. Any portions of the app released under an open-source license are governed by the terms of that license, which are available in the app's source repository.

6. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In and the Google Drive API for optional backup, and a bundled speech model download for optional on-device transcription. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. The app is not intended to provide financial, medical, or professional advice; any trading, body, or nutrition data is for your personal record-keeping only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or its features if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
